I completely agree that stress relief is within our grasp. Exercise and being mindfulness are some of the best ways to relieve myself from stress and these 2 worked for me consistently well than other techniques.
I love that you listed so many different ways to relieve stress making it easier for all to find things they can do. I find being outdoors in nature or being with animals very relaxing.
These are all wonderful suggestions. Getting enough sleep and staying hydrated are my two biggest challenges but I will definitely keep on trying to improve them both!
