Reviewing your current eating habits, good or bad, can help determine where you need to get started. It will bring clarity to what needs the most improvement and what your triggers are. 

  1. Form a list of all your current drinking and eating habits
  2. Review that list then write down all the triggers and “whys” to determine what leads to your unhealthy choices
  3. Figure out how you can avoid your triggers and the steps you need to take for improvement 
  4. Then start slowly implementing them throughout your daily lifestyle

    • Ex: Buy enough food to last longer than a week – Meal Plan – Delete food delivery apps
  4. Then start slowly implementing them throughout your daily lifestyle
    • Ex: Starting next week I will make a shopping list that results in enough meals for at least one week
